Whether the project is a small commercial development or a complex visitor centre with a large quantity of complex curtain wall, Gauthier Glass Ltd. has proven to be proficient sub-contractor, and an invaluable resource for pre-construction design information, exhibiting a commitment to workmanship and schedule.
In an industry where contracts are awarded based on competitive bidding, The Thompson Rosemount Group has noticed an increasing trend among some contractors and sub-contractors to pursue additional funds extra to the original tendered contract amount by submitting unwarranted requests for extra payment and through unreasonable change order pricing. In the Thompson Rosemount Group's experience on the above mentioned projects, Gauthier Glass Ltd. were found to have very few requests for extras due to their ability to understand the overall requirement of a project, and the times that extra costs were warranted they were very reasonably priced.
